1. Who We Are
Flytko Transport operates a premium pre-booked airport transfer service for travelers returning to Cameroon. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide when booking a transfer or using our website. To contact us regarding your data, please write to privacy@flytko.com.
2. What Data We Collect
When you book a transfer we collect your full name, phone number, email address (optional), flight number, airline, scheduled arrival date and time, drop-off address and city, vehicle preferences, and payment information (processed securely by our payment partners — we do not store card numbers). We also collect your IP address and browser information for security and analytics purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to confirm and fulfill your booking, assign a vetted driver, track your flight in real time and notify your driver of any delays, send your booking confirmation and driver details via WhatsApp or email, and process your deposit payment. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We share only the data necessary to fulfill your transfer. Your name, phone number, and flight details are shared with your assigned driver. Payment data is processed by Stripe (card) and Campay (mobile money). Flight tracking is powered by AeroDataBox via RapidAPI. None of our partners are authorised to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
Booking records are retained for 3 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal identifiers from active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data (right to be forgotten), object to or restrict processing, and request portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@flytko.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
