Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Flytko Transport provides pre-booked, door-to-door inter-city airport transfer services from Douala International Airport (DLA) to destinations within Cameroon. This is not a ride-hailing or on-demand service. All bookings must be made in advance. Flytko is not responsible for transport between any other airports or for journeys not originating at Douala International Airport.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after Flytko has sent a written confirmation (via WhatsApp or email) and the required deposit has been received. Providing false or incomplete information (incorrect flight number, wrong destination, etc.) may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in XAF (Central African Franc) and are fixed at the time of booking. Flytko does not apply surge pricing. The price displayed at booking is the price you pay. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking; the remaining 50% is paid directly to your driver upon arrival at your destination.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled flight arrival are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time are non-refundable. If Flytko cancels your booking for operational reasons, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to meet your assigned driver at the agreed pickup point without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable. Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes past your flight's actual landing time before leaving.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate flight information. You must be reachable on the phone number provided at booking. You are responsible for ensuring your luggage does not exceed the vehicle capacity you selected. Flytko drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading items that require specialist equipment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Flytko is not liable for delays caused by flight changes, traffic, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We strongly recommend that all travelers carry appropriate travel insurance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon.
